Rooted in classical structure with the principles to elevate the mind, body and soul in one single rhythm, Raah Yogashala combines the effectiveness of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa to help you learn about your body and practice breath balance. 

By focusing on alignment, flexibility and strength through Yoga, we aim to experience a holistic connection of oneness with regular practice.
